在第八个“926工匠日”到来之际，临平区深化产业工人队伍建设改革及厂务公开工作推进会暨2026年“临平工匠”认定发布会顺利召开。本次大会共认定19名“临平工匠”，福斯达塔器三组焊工李文强光荣上榜。

本届“临平工匠”覆盖生物医药、智能制造、低空安全等多个重点领域，入选人才平均从业年限超16年，高级工程师、高级技师占比75%，本科及以上学历占74%，是一支知识型、技能型、创新型的高技能人才队伍。

扎根福斯达兴中路生产基地，李文强深耕焊接岗位多年，专注塔器、压力容器等深冷核心装备焊接作业。他坚守匠心，在高温焊焰下打磨焊接工艺，保障设备焊缝质量，以精湛手艺筑牢装备安全根基。此前，他已荣获临平经开区2025年度“优秀新质生产力劳动者”称号。

“能干好手上的活，保质保量把产品交到客户手里，这份成就感就值了。”李文强始终秉持精益求精的制造初心，在一线岗位持续钻研、攻坚克难。

Congratulations! Li Wenqiang of Fortune Honored as 2026 Linping Craftsman

To mark the 8th "926 Craftsman Day", Linping District hosted a conference on industrial workforce reform and factory affairs disclosure, unveiling the list of 2026 Linping Craftsmen.

Li Wenqiang, a welder from Fortune, was named among the 19 outstanding skilled talents.

Based at Fortune’s Xingzhong Road manufacturing base, Li Wenqiang specializes in welding for pressure vessels and cryogenic equipment. With years of frontline experience, he continuously refines welding techniques to ensure reliable product quality. He won the title of "Excellent New-quality Productivity Worker" from Linping Economic Development Zone in 2025.
