为深入践行“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的安全管理方针，全面提升全体职工的消防安全意识、应急疏散技能及现场应急救护能力，9月22日，福斯达组织开展年度消防疏散应急演练。公司总裁葛浩俊担任总指挥，安全质量总监向云华担任现场总指挥。
本次演练模拟行政楼1楼配电间因线路短路突发“火情”。随着消防警报响起，演练指挥部立即启动应急预案，各专项小组迅速响应，协同开展灭火、疏散、医疗救护等应急处置工作。
警报响起后，各区域员工按照既定疏散路线快速、有序撤离至指定集合点。各部门随即完成人员清点并向指挥部报告，整个过程组织有序、衔接顺畅。
以练促学，提升应急能力
演练过程中，员工还参与了消防逃生体验屋和灭火实操训练。
在逃生体验屋内，员工在模拟浓烟、昏暗环境及复杂通道中进行沉浸式逃生体验，将低姿前行、捂住口鼻、沿墙摸索等逃生要领转化为实际操作；在灭火实操环节，通过现场讲解与油盆灭火训练，进一步掌握灭火器的规范使用方法和初期火灾扑救技能。
演练结束后，总指挥葛浩俊对本次演练进行总结点评。在肯定各小组协同配合和全员积极参与的同时，也针对疏散速度、逃生姿势等细节提出改进要求。
在总结中，葛总结合自身经历强调，火灾等突发事故并非遥不可及，安全风险往往潜藏于日常工作与生活之中。面对突发情况，充分的事前准备和规范的应急训练，是保障人员安全的重要基础。
筑牢安全防线，守护平安福斯达
作为福斯达第12个质量安全月的配套活动，本次消防演练既是对公司消防应急预案和应急处置能力的一次实战检验，也进一步强化了全体员工的消防安全意识和自救互救能力。
未来，福斯达将持续完善安全管理与应急保障机制，常态化开展安全宣传、培训与实战演练，推动安全意识融入日常、落到实处，以练促防、筑牢企业安全防线，为企业安全稳定发展提供坚实保障。
On September 22, FORTUNE conducted its annual fire emergency drill to strengthen employees’ fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
The drill simulated an electrical fire in the power distribution room of the administrative building. Following the alarm, the emergency response plan was activated, and designated teams quickly carried out firefighting, evacuation, and medical rescue operations.
Employees evacuated safely and orderly to the designated assembly area, completing the exercise as planned.
The drill also featured a simulated fire escape experience and hands-on fire extinguisher training, allowing employees to practice essential escape procedures and basic firefighting skills in a controlled environment.
Following the exercise, President Ge highlighted that fire emergencies can occur unexpectedly in everyday life. Regular training and adequate preparation are therefore essential to ensuring an effective response when an emergency occurs.
As part of FORTUNE’s 12th Quality and Safety Month campaign, the drill served as a practical test of the company’s emergency response capabilities while further strengthening employees’ fire safety awareness and self-rescue skills.
